If you suffer from allergies, from hay fever to food allergies and asthma to eczema, allergy testing can help you determine your triggers. Allergy testing is best performed with skin testing, but can also be performed with blood tests.

What's the point, you ask? Knowledge is power!

Once you know what triggers your allergies, avoidance of these triggers is now possible. And, if your suffer from hay fever or asthma, you can determine the times of the year when you most need your medications. Allergy shots, the only potential cure for allergic rhinitis and asthma, can only be given once your specific allergies are determined.
