Restaurants Becoming More Saavy on Food Allergies

Wednesday June 6, 2007

Even so, it is always important to be prepared to treat an unexpected reaction from food allergies, and carry an injectable epinephrine device at all times. Restaurants, bakeries, picnics, potlucks and parties present the highest risk where accidental ingestion of hidden ingredients is likely to occur.
