Take the Sting Out of Summer Allergies

Summertime means outdoor activities, picnics, playing in the park and swimming. It also means more yardwork, especially mowing the lawn. Along with these activities comes exposure to allergens, such as grass, as well as the danger of being stung by bees and other flying insects. Some people avoid sun exposure because they experience reactions from using sunblocks and sunscreens.

Don't let summer allergies keep you indoors - get out there and enjoy the warm weather. Once winter rolls around, you'll be glad you got your fill of the heat while you had the chance!
