I noticed one food substituted monoammonium glutamate for MSG. Should someone avoiding MSG, also avoid monoammonium glutamate?

I have had RAST and many other skin tests and showed no reaction to anything but dust & mold, yet I have suffered diarrhea all of my life due to many foods. I do have an allergy to sulfa. I suspect I may be allergic to sulfites in foods. Is this likely?

Hi, I have recently returned from overseas and noticed, after eating American food for a few days, I started getting this rash around my mouth I haven’t had for a long time. Is there any way to figure out what sort of additive is inside American food that isn’t in food grown abroad? Or perhaps it has something to do with how the food is grown, prepared, etc.? Thanks.

Jeff
