Saw your article on breastfeeding allergy. I developed contact dermatitis in the hospital from the baby monitors placed on my stomach. Went home and developed another horrible rash all over my torso, chest, back. My doc prescribed steroids for a week and it seemed to go away. He thought it may be an id reaction from the first rash. Now I am 2 days steroid free and I think the rash is coming back. I am currently breastfeeding and wonder if the hormones could be the cause? I haven’t used anything different to cause this rash.

I’ve been using benedryl for over 10 years and it has been working fine for me.
I’ve used sudafed for a long time but about 4 months ago I started using Claritin and found it to be a little better.
Benadrly is good. I’ve used it for 3 years but have since switched to something that doesnt make me as much drowsy. Claritin works best for me.

I am taking Benadryl for few years now and it is great for me.
I took Benadryl for almost a year on and off to deal with sleep disorders. The problem was I could not sleep without it for a while. Just like any other medication it has addictive chemicals that make it hard to kick. Occasional use is the best option for me.
Benadryl is one of the best for allergies but unfortunately it makes you drowsy.
