Have Epi-pen, Will Travel

People with food allergies are always at risk of being accidentally exposed to the foods to which they are allergic, and therefore should always carry an Epi-pen or Twinject device.

Eating at restaurants can also present a danger for people with food allergies, since it is possible that hidden ingredients exist in many dishes.
