From the article: Spring Allergies
Spring is a common time to experience seasonal allergy symptoms. As the weather gets warmer and plants start to bloom, they release pollen into the air, triggering allergic symptoms in those with seasonal allergies. Colorful flowers also bloom in the spring, and are often blamed as the cause of spring allergies. And even things like exposure to pet rabbits and chicks as Easter presents can also be a reason why allergy symptoms flare. Have you been able to find the cause of your spring allergies? Self Hypnosis Works

I am not bragging. About 30 years ago, I found that I could not work well with programming software after taking allergy pills to control my allergy to pollen, ragweed, dust, atmospheric change, etc. My clinical psychologist cousin recommended a self hypnosis book for me. After buying it and practicing, I found that it took about 3 years to get good at it and this totally changed my life. To this day, I use self hypnosis every spring and fall to pretty much get rid of my severe allergy tendencies of my distant past. It really works. I have tried to help many of my past work friends who had bad allergies, but none of them succeeded in learning how to do it. I guess most people want immediate gratification. I admit my success of self hypnosis is one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I am so happy that it still works for me.
